Company Overview
Whiteside Paving was established in 1974 as a sole proprietorship. In 1980, the company was incorporated in the State of Florida under the name of Charles S. Whiteside, Inc. In 1987, fifty percent of the shares were sold to John M. Everett, who has been head of operations since that time.
The company employs a staff of between 12 and 20 highly-skilled individuals in field, office, and maintenance work related to the paving industry.
Nearly ninety percent of annual revenues are received from government entities, contracting with the company for medium-scaled projects. It is company policy to complete each job in a timely manner and to predetermined specifications.
